About the Founder
Dr. Gary Jamieson has been leading highly productive engineering teams for over 25 years. With a range of experience from small companies with limited resources through to large corporations operating on a massive scale, Dr. Jamieson is passionate about working with talented people to get the best from their organizations, achieve goals and grow their business. With a strong focus on operational excellence, Dr. Jamieson has an extensive track record of delivering business critical outcomes on time and on budget. With a wealth of executive management experience at Fortune 100 companies, Dr. Jamieson is well-suited to help small and medium sized companies advance to the next level.​​

Throughout his long career, Dr. Jamieson has been building high-performing global teams and creating revenue growth by developing industry-leading products and services. He has led teams through major business changes, market transitions, and the occasional crisis.

Known for his collaborative approach and customer focus, Dr. Jamieson builds purposeful teams and infrastructure that address customer requirements. Knowing that strong working relationships are essential for the success of all involved, and that most business goals cannot be achieved in isolation, he instills a mindset of collaboration within teams and across boundaries with partners. Always striving to keep a healthy balance of tactical and strategic factors, he has a history of leading teams that can adapt effectively as the business landscape evolves. Through his extensive experience, Dr. Jamieson is keen to help teams become the best that they can be.

Technology is constantly changing, bringing new opportunities and challenges to the business environment. Always looking for ways to accelerate time to market, Dr. Jamieson is an advocate of using the right tools for the job. In an era of embracing artificial intelligence (AI), he has successfully introduced AI-based tools leading to accelerated development and cost reduction. He has developed cloud infrastructure for monitoring of field-deployed products leading to reduced operational cost and increased customer satisfaction. Furthermore, he is a believer in automation to reduce overhead and free resources to focus on business-critical differentiation. Keen to find solutions to real business issues, Dr. Jamieson can help with technology selection, including AI, that will reduce operational burden and accelerate development.

A resident of the Bay Area, Dr. Jamieson holds a PhD in Digital Signal Processing, a Master of Engineering in Electronic Engineering, and an MBA. When he's not working, you'll probably find him at a basketball game.
